What should I do if I have a screen fail?

In the event of a Screen failure, for example, Mini disk player equipment failure.  If this will effect an advertisement going to screen, you should take the following steps.

1. If possible, move the Ads to another screen.
2. Inform Moonlight Projects/Planet X Studios, of the problem and your responce to the problem. Please supply an estimated of screen downtime.
3. Once the screen is going again, please inform the Moonlight and Planet X Studios.

Note; it is very important to supply information regarding screen outages. Moonlight must know what is happening on the screens at all time.  We must be able to answer questions or issues whereby advertising may fail to happen.
If you expect this to occur for a lengthy period of time, the screen will not be scheduled until you have informed us otherwise.
